RANCHO DE FELICIDAD

MAIN BARN - housing 14 horses, has a 16' aisle, grilled stall fronts, and exterior windows with shutters. Stalls are matted and served by a fly spray system. 

HORSE HOTEL - features twelve 12' x 24' pens with partial walls and welded-wire panels. Stalls are matted, bedded in shavings, and serviced by an overhead fly spray system. Cross-ties and individual tack lockers are included, also a wash rack and pantry for storing feed. The Horse Hotel also includes a covered viewing area for the Pepper Tree arena.

COURTYARD BARN - 14 stalls, cross-ties, a large tack room, office, and tack lockers, this barn has an interior courtyard with a fountain, covered walkways and exterior windows with shutters. Grilled stall fronts with sliding doors keep the barn light and airy. All stalls are matted and barn has an automatic fly spray system.

GARDEN APARTMENTS -  features nine 12' x 12' three-sided stalls with adjoining 12' x 14' welded-wire 'patios.' Shaded most of the day by pepper trees to the south, all stalls are matted and bedded. Also includes a 12' x 16' furnished tack room and two covered cross-ties. Pantry area behind for storage of feed and supplements.

BREEZY BARN - shaded under pepper trees, has five stalls, two grooming cross-ties, a locker/tack area, and a hay storage area.

CREEKSIDE CONDOS -   four stalls in welded-wire pens with a covered center aisle. Tack is stored in large lockers next to stalls.

PEPPER TREE ARENA - (105' x 198') with professional Triple Crown Arenas washed sand footing. 

PINE TREE ARENA - (100' x 150') that is lighted for night-riding and shaded much of the day by the huge Aleppo pines that border it to the west.

PLAY PEN ARENA is 112' x 96' has professional footing and lights, and is available for turnouts, riding, and or longing.

ROUND PEN - 60' diameter round pen is used for training sessions and exercising a horse in a controlled environment, and is available on a first-come basis to all boarders. Lighted for night use.

Two individual turnouts are available for the use of boarders who wish to allow their horses a relaxing roll or stroll while shaded by eucalyptus trees. There is one sun pen located near the Pine Tree arena.

There are also grass 'snack bars' located around the ranch for hand grazing.
